This year I am damn well going to learn to cook. I am sick of eating like a student: pasta, veg, cheese, toast, cereal and I always say "oh I would like to learn properly but I don't have anyone to cook for" which kind of suggests that I don't think I'm worth cooking for, worth feeding properly, that I think my body isn't worth nurturing. So I'm going to spend time and effort actualy finding and following recipes of meals I think I'd like, I'm going to try at least 3 new things a week. This week I'm going to try:
Cheese and Cranberry salad
Chicken for one with Courgettes and sun dried tomatoes
Oven baked courgette sticks with salsa
Cooking can be really creative I think and its a way of stopping and focusing and connecting yourself into the world and its cycles
