the penicilin that i'm taking for tonsilitis has stopped my prozac working, so my whole body hurts, I hate myself, I have no impulse control,i have really negative thoughts and weird flashbacky shit zooming round my head

That's sounds like something similar to what I had when I was given two different kinds of medication (on for a chest infection, the other of my P.S.T.D). I hope this starts to settle down for you soon. It's such a horrible thing to deal with.

It sucks when your antidepressants don't work. Talk to your doctor about possible drug interaction? You could see about getting on a different medication. Feel better!
